CEDAR CITY, Utah -- Former Thunderbird men's basketball player Dwayne Morgan has been signed by the Oroszlanyi Sportegylet E Lions in Hungary, kicking off his professional career.
Morgan spent the last three seasons at Southern Utah, and finished his career scoring 565 total points and playing in 58 total games. He also pulled down 251 career rebounds for the Thunderbirds.
During his redshirt senior season (2019-20), he averaged 9.1 points per game and pulled down 94 rebounds. He was also credited with 21 steals, 15 blocks and 15 assists.
Morgan transferred to Southern Utah during the 2017-18 campaign from UNLV.
The Lions play in the Hungary-A Division.
