CEDAR CITY, Utah - Despite not playing a match since September 4, the Southern Utah University women's soccer team has maintained pace in the top-25 rankings for an abundance of national statistical categories five weeks into the 2022 season.
Fueled by what has been the number one scoring offense in the country for the majority of the season thus far, the Thunderbirds had an exceptional run through their non-conference schedule, securing the best winning percentage entering conference play out of any team in the entire state of Utah.
In return, the Thunderbirds have continued to keep a presence in the top 25 for many statistical categories.
