"All together this class is dynamic in the 18-yard boxes and brings competitive and athletic traits to the squad. When paired with a high soccer IQ, and added to the skillsets of a hungry and capable returning group, we are excited to see the program push for a return to the conference tournament." said Kai Edwards.
Yui Fujii - Osaka, Japan

Coming from Japan she brings a high soccer IQ along with great discipline in her movement to get open. Adding a talented attacker like Yui will add value to the final 1/3 of the field for SUU soccer"
Stacy Barresi - Mentor, Ohio

"Rylan is athletic and competitive with the ability to play many wide positions. Adding a top local is also great for the community and she follows the Hunt twins that played here last year, also from Cedar High School. Her dedication to developing her game is evident through commuting 3 plus hours to play for a club team in the Salt Lake City area, being a Discovery player in different ECNL and Girls Academy teams, and training on her own. Rylan will jump start her college career by enrolling early to SUU and starting her experience this January. We look forward to watching her develop quickly this spring."
The addition of these four athletes will be instrumental in the positive direction of SUU soccer. A team that is coming off of their first conference tournament appearance in 15 years. The Thunderbirds will have another challenging Spring season before getting back to it in the Fall of 2024.
