MELBOURNE, Australia - The Southern Utah University women's basketball team split its first two games during its trip to Australia. The Thunderbirds fell to the Ringwood Hawks on Aug. 8 before defeating the Melbourne Tigers on Aug. 10.

The Thunderbirds will now travel to Sydney for the next stretch of their trip, with an exciting matchup against the Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence scheduled to take place on Aug. 14 at 6:00 pm AEST.
