CEDAR CITY, Utah - In only her first year competing in college athletics, freshman Ava Uhrich has emerged as one of the primary contributors for the Southern Utah University women's basketball team. Uhrich has found massive success so far this season, and is among the leaders of many statistical categories in the Western Athletic Conference.

Uhrich will look to continue to stuff the stat sheet for the Thunderbirds as WAC play continues for SUU on the road on Saturday, Jan. 13 against Stephen F. Austin.
