CEDAR CITY, Utah - The Southern Utah Athletics Department, in collaboration with Clark and Linford Jewelers, proudly hosted the 3rd annual Birdy's Awards Show on Tuesday, April 16. The event recognized exceptional talent, dedication, and accomplishment from the Thunderbird athletics community during the 2023-2024 Academic Year.

Among the highlights of the evening were the announcements of the award winners, representing a diverse array of categories celebrating excellence both on and off the field. Here are the deserving recipients:

Each winner received a stunning trophy reflecting the prestige and honor associated with the Birdy's Awards.
Dr. Cedric M. Brown, Southern Utah Senior Associate Athletic Director for Administration and Birdy's Chairperson said of the event, "The Birdy's Awards Show is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion exhibited by our athletes, coaches, and supporters. It offers us a chance to reflect on the year and some incredible accomplishments in Thunderbird Athletics."
The Birdy's Awards not only celebrate accomplishments from this year but also serve as inspiration for the new and returning athletes who will comprise next year's teams.
