  • Four of the team's five counting scores held steady or improved in the final round

Coach McKinlay on the Finish

"Saylar was incredible this week, and to see her finish the way she did and win the tournament by three shots is really exciting for her and for our program. She put herself in position from the first round and stayed composed all the way through. I'm also really proud of how our team finished. Shooting a 282 in the final round, with four of our five counting scores improving or holding steady, shows the fight and competitiveness this group has. To finish third in a really good field and be just one shot out of second gives us a lot to be excited about moving forward. We are just getting started, and I'm excited to show everyone what this team has up their sleeves"
