Biography

JUNIOR (2009): Appeared and started in each of Southern Utah's 19 games during the season ... recorded one point, assisting the game-winning goal in Southern Utah's 4-0 victory over Westminster ... tallied seven shots with five on goal ... academic all-Summit League.

SOPHOMORE (2008): Appeared in every game for the Thunderbirds with 16 starts in 17 games ... recorded eight shots with three on goal ... member of the Thunderbird defense that held opponents to the second-lowest goal total in school history.

FRESHMAN (2007): Appeared in 16 games with three starts ... recorded two goals and one assists to tie for fourth on the team with five points ... scored the equalizing goal in a 1-1 tie with South Dakota State ... scored a second equalizing goal against Oral Roberts in a 2-2 tie ... scored both of her goals in the 87th minute or later ... member of The Summit League all-newcomer team.

PREP/CLUB: Two-year varsity starter at Esperanza HS, a program that as been ranked as high as No. 3 in Orange County and No. 21 nationally ... accumulated seven assists en route to the Aztecs' Sunset League Championship as a junior ... member of the Slammers 89 North club team that was ranked in the top-10 in Soccer America's annual rankings of youth soccer programs.

PERSONAL: Parents are Reid and Melissa Goettsche ... majoring in elementary education ... formally Allison Goettsche married former SUU baseball player David Thompson, Summer 2010.
