Biography

SUU 2007: One of only three Thunderbirds to start in every game during the year ... second-team all-Summit League ... recorded one goal and one assist during the year ... scored the game winning goal in SUU’s 2-0 victory over IPFW (10/21) ... finished the year with 27 shots with 14 on goal ... member of an SUU defense that finished the year with a 1.72 goals-against-average, ranking No. 2 all-time.

SUU 2006: Appeared in every game for the Thunderbirds, recording a start in all but one ... her lone goal of the season proved to be the game-winner against Western Illinois ... named all Mid-Con second team ... recorded nine shots with five SOG.

SUU 2005: Started in 15 of 17 matches and was credited with two shot attempts, both of which came on frame ... played the majority of the year in the T-Bird defensive backfield and her efforts helped SUU break a school record for fewest goals allowed in a season (16; 0.86 GAA) ... earned academic all-Mid-Con recognition.

At Woods Cross HS: Was a four-year letterwinner and helped lead the Wildcats to a region title and a state runner-up finish in 2004-05 ... was named team MVP as a senior after scoring 12 goals and dishing out four assists in 20 starts ... earned midfield MVP honors as a junior and sophomore and won the Wildcat freshman of the year award ... also lettered in cross country, track and basketball ... was part of three track region championship teams and garnered defensive MVP honors in basketball as a junior and senior ... earned the WCHS Outstanding Athlete Award her senior year.

Personal: Parents are Scott and Janet Anderson ... currently majoring in elementary education.
