Biography

SUU 2008: One of only six players that appeared and started in every game during the season … recorded five points on two goals and one assist … tallied a total of ten shots with four on goal … scored the game winner in SUU’s 1-0 victory over Oral Roberts … academic all-Summit League.

SUU 2007: Appeared in 18 games with 13 starts during the year ... recorded two goals, totaling four points ... finished with 31 shots with 14 on goal ... tallied the game-winning goal against UVSC in a 1-0 victory for SUU (10/27) ... named to the Summit League all-tournament team after scoring Southern Utah’s only goal in the Summit League tournament ... academic all-Summit League.

SUU 2006: Appeared in 16 games for the Thunderbirds with four starts ... recorded three points on a goal against UC Riverside and an assist against Centenary ... totaled nine shots with five on goal.

At Viewmont HS: Won three varsity letters in soccer ... helped lead the Vikings to a region co-championship in 2005 and three Utah 5A quarterfinal appearances ... finished her three-year career with 13 goals and nine assists, including eight goals and four assists as a junior, followed by a five-goal, five-assist campaign in her senior season ... earned academic all-region recognition, was listed on the high honor roll all three years and graduated with high honors.

Club/ODP: Led the Utah Rush SC to the state cup finals in 2004 and to a semifinal appearance in 2005 and 2006.

Personal: Parents are Scott and Kristy Hansen ... majoring in communications ... married Garrett Southworth in May, 2009.
