JUNIOR (2012): Appeared in 14 of Southern Utah’s games during the year, making eight starts ...  took two shots, both coming on goal ... named to the Big Sky 2012 Fall All-Academic Team.

SOPHOMORE (2011): Appeared in 15 of Southern Utah’s games during the year, making four starts ...  recorded first career goal in a 4-4 tie with Montana ... took six shots with four on goal.

FRESHMAN (2010): Appeared in three of Southern Utah’s games during the year ...  accounted for one shot. 

PREP/CLUB: Earned three varsity letters in soccer and also ran track at Lone Peak HS ... helped LPHS to three consecutive regional championships ... played for Utah Avalanche '92 club team, winning Surf College Cup U19 Super Championship.

PERSONAL: Parents are Doug and Jody Mower ... studying physical education and human performance.
