Prep:  Four-year varsity letterwinner at Grantsville HS under head coach Heidi Heath ... two-time first-team all-region accolades (2006, 2007) ... named second-team all-state in 2006 with third-team all-state and honorable mention all-state honors in 2007 ... two-year team captain and senior all-star ... recorded a career-high 27 kills in one game to etch her name on the GHS record book ... recorded an average hitting percentage of .533 ... 2007-08 Inspirational Athlete of the Year at Grantsville HS ... also played for the Tooele Valley Club team under head coach Charles Sandy.

Personal:  Parents are Lori and Roy Bakker ... undecided on a major course of study.
