Darin “Dutch” Workman will begin his fifth season as an assistant coach with Southern Utah University, working with the distance runners.

Workman is currently teaching in the Biology department at Southern Utah University after having attended SUU as a student.  He then went on to medical school and began working as a Chiropractor in the Houston, Texas area for more than 20 years.

During his time in Houston, Workman worked with various high schools in the area, particularly Kingwood High School and saw the team win three national championships as a perennial powerhouse in high school cross country.

Workman has also worked with the U.S. Olympic team, overseeing the care of the U.S. diving team during the 2004 Summer Games.
