Taylor Pribyl is an accomplished volleyball coach and former player, currently serving as an Assistant Volleyball Coach for the Southern Utah University Thunderbirds. She brings a wealth of experience both on and off the court, with a versatile playing background as a Middle Blocker and Outside Hitter.
Pribyl graduated from the University of North Dakota (UND) with a double major in Political Science and Public Affairs. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration. During her collegiate playing career, Pribyl played for two years at Jacksonville State University (JSU), where she was part of two regular-season championship-winning teams and contributed to two conference tournament appearances. She then transferred to UND, where she continued to excel, helping lead the team to a conference tournament appearance.
Transitioning into coaching, Pribyl served as a Graduate Assistant Coach at UND. In this role, she gained valuable experience in travel coordination, coaching technology, statistics, scouting, and camp coordination. Her passion for developing young athletes is further demonstrated through her experience coaching three club teams.
Pribyl's coaching philosophy centers on developing well-rounded athletes who excel not only in volleyball but also in their academic and personal lives. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and competitive environment aligns perfectly with the values of Coach Kacey Nady and the SUU volleyball program.
