The Southern Utah women's basketball looks to enhance its 2-0 record by taking on Utah Valley, Air Force and UC Davis this week.
Utah Valley sits 3-4 on the season and will face the Thunderbirds on a two-game losing streak after falling to UC Davis (49-59) and San Francisco (50-69). The Wolverines are led by Rhaiah Spooner-Knight, averaging 14.1 points per game on the season.
Air Force wrapped up its 2013-14 season 1-28 overall and holds a 1-4 record this year, taking its single win against Omaha. USAF returns three starters, including Jimi Blagowsky, who averaged 11.4 ppg last year.
UC Davis (3-2) is led by Sydnee Fipps, averaging 15.8 points per game. Fipps is followed by Alyson Doherty and Kelsey Harris, averaging 11.5 and 10.2 ppg. The Aggies are coached by Jennifer Gross.
