CEDAR CITY, Utah - The Southern Utah soccer team earned a scoreless draw with the Weber State Wildcats on a cold and windy Senior Day Sunday afternoon.
The Wildcats outshot the Thunderbirds 24-5, but four of SUU's shots were on goal whereas just seven of WSU's were on goal. Goalkeeper Isabella Whitmore made seven saves on her way to recording her second shutout of the season.
Amberly Hastings took two of the five shots for Southern Utah, both on target. MaKenzie Lawrence, Alia Shatswell, and Meghan DeHerrera all got in on the action as well.
The Thunderbirds finish Big Sky play with a 1-6-2 conference record and they will wrap up their season next Sunday in Las Vegas against UNLV.
