MARICOPA, Arizona -- Day one of the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic concludes with the SUU women's golf team in 18th place overall at 62 over par. The tournament is being played at the AK-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Course.

The Thunderbirds
Tsara Ralamboarison led the way for SUU. A steady three over par 75 in the first round saw three birdies followed by a six over par 78 in round two to find herself T34 +9.
Natcharee (Irene) Thanchitnithithanya had an unbelievable first round shooting an even par 72 with four birdies and two double bogeys. She sits at T74 with one round left to play.
The third and final round will be Tuesday, April 4.
