ARLINGTON, Texas – The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) has announced the 2023 Academic All-WAC honorees for fall sports, with a total of 425 student-athletes across six sports recognized.

To be eligible for the honor, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have at least a 3.2 cumulative grade-point average, and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.

Southern Utah tallied 44 award recipients this fall. Two programs had double-digit honorees, including Football (14) and Women's Soccer (12). Congratulations to each of these outstanding student-athletes.

Of the six fall sports included, women's soccer had the most student-athletes honored, with 121. WAC football members that compete in the United Athletic Conference had 80 student-athletes recognized, and volleyball saw 73 total student-athlete honorees.
