Quotes From Head Coach Kai Edwards
"Earning a national award for being strong students is an accomplishment that the students, coaches, and administrators can all be proud of. This is a testament to the individual dedication to performance with a collective result. Credit to Steven Lindquist, our Associate Head Coach, who oversees academic success with our administration as well."
The Thunderbirds earned the award after posting a 3.40 team grade point average.
In his 10 years of coaching, Edward's teams have won the award eight times.
The team's dedication and effort in the classroom show up on the field of play as well. They consistently work to improve and be the best they can be.
