CEDAR CITY, UTAH -- The SUU Women's Soccer team is coming off an undefeated week in conference play, earning a 1-0 win over Abilene Christian and tying 1-1 against Tarleton State. The Thunderbirds are currently in a playoff spot, but will likely need some results down the stretch to solidify a spot in the postseason tournament.
That mission starts with a match in Orem, Utah, against conference-leading Utah Valley on Thursday, October 23, at 6:00 p.m.
Head Coach Kai Edwards said
"We played 60 very good minutes last time vs them. We will need to play 15 minutes at a time to be successful. Everyone has their hands on the rope tugging together and that will be important all weekend."
