LITCHFIELD PARK, ARIZONA -- The Thunderbirds wrapped up the Wigwam Preview at the Wigwam Gold Course hosted by Utah Valley. The Thunderbirds finished in seventh place with a team score of 928 (+64).
Head Coach Caylyn Ponich said
"This was a great preview of this year's conference course. The girls had a chance to knock off some rust in the sunshine and get ready to be competitive in our home tournament next month. I'm
excited for what is to come as well as excited for lots of growth this season."

Thunderbirds
Siriporn (Orchid) Luangnam led the Thunderbirds with a T22 finish at +15 for the tournament; her first round was 75, which included three birdies. Anais Guibal wasn't far behind at T25, finishing at +17 thanks to an impressive opening round of 73.
Ellie Olsen had the best round of the tournament for SUU, firing a round of even par 72 that included two birdies and two bogeys. Her final round propelled her to a T29 finish.
Tanyatorn (Excel) Thalangkarn finished T31 at +19, Reece Bandemer was 45th at +30, and Kirsten Hall, who competed as an individual, finished T33rd at +20.
