Cedar City, Utah- After a week hiatus, the Thunderbirds are back in action this week for their last regular season meet of the season, hosting the SUU Coliseum Championships.
Head Coach Eric Houle Said:
"This weekend will allow our team to compete at home and allow the community to watch our track and field team at the collegiate level, the team is pretty excited. In the throwing events, we are really excited about the new throwing facility, which is the best in Utah and perhaps the best in the western United States. With the six track meets we are hosting this weekend, along with the collegiate meet, we are expecting some 1500 athletes. It should be a great weekend for track and field in Cedar City and for the University."
