May holds the top spot in Southern Utah's lineup after delivering an individual victory in her collegiate debut. The freshman from Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, won the Wolverine Invitational with an 8-under-par 208, opening with consecutive rounds of 68 before closing with an even-par 72. She finished three strokes clear of the field and helped Southern Utah place third.
May also led the Thunderbirds in their most recent appearance at the Golf Iconic Classic. She shot 74-72-79 for a 225 total and a tie for 49th, playing her first 36 holes just two strokes above par. Boulder Creek provides another opportunity for May to build on a fall that already includes three rounds in the 60s across those two tournaments.
Siriporn (Orchid) Luangnam
Luangnam brings junior experience and a demonstrated ability to produce a low round. The Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, native fired a 4-under-par 68 in the final round of the Wolverine Invitational, matching the tournament's lowest individual round. That finish followed consecutive 77s and lifted her into a tie for 14th at 222.
At the Golf Iconic Classic, Luangnam matched May for Southern Utah's lowest final-round score with a 79 and finished at 237. Her final round included an even-par 36 on the front nine, highlighted by birdies at the par-3 sixth and par-5 eighth. She enters Boulder Creek in the second position in the Thunderbirds' lineup.
Langlois occupies the third lineup position as she continues her first season with Southern Utah following her transfer from Arkansas State. The sophomore from Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, opened her fall with a tie for 37th at the Wolverine Invitational, recording rounds of 78-75-75 for a 228 total.
Her consecutive 75s at that event provide a scoring target heading into the fall finale. Most recently, Langlois tied for 97th at the Golf Iconic Classic with a 240 total. Her final round included a birdie on the par-3 11th and a back-nine 40.
Johnson gives Southern Utah a second freshman in the lineup, joining May. The Hot Springs, Ark., native showed steady improvement during her collegiate debut at the Wolverine Invitational, trimming six strokes between her first and second rounds and another three in the finale. Her rounds of 82-76-73 produced a 231 total and a 45th-place finish.
That closing 73 left Johnson just one stroke above par and contributed to Southern Utah's tournament-low final-round team score of 282. She most recently finished the Golf Iconic Classic at 244, including a birdie on the par-5 fourth hole in the final round, and will compete in the fourth lineup position at Boulder Creek.
Wilson rounds out Southern Utah's lineup in the fifth position. The sophomore from Cedar City competed at Cedar High School before joining the Thunderbirds and brings a local connection to the traveling group.
Wilson steps into a lineup spot occupied by Ellie Olsen at the Golf Iconic Classic. This week's tournament gives her an opportunity to contribute across three rounds as Southern Utah closes its fall schedule.
Coach McKinlay's Outlook
"Our focus heading into Boulder City is to compete and stay present from the first tee to the final putt," head coach Caylyn McKinlay said. "This game loves to test you, and we want to see our players respond to those challenges and keep fighting for a score. We're excited for one more opportunity to compete this fall and a chance to finish this season on a high note."

The tournament will use Boulder Creek Golf Club's Desert Hawk and Coyote Run nines. The par-72 layout features listed yardages of 6,429 and 6,320 yards, with four par-5s and four par-3s.
