CEDAR CITY, Utah — The Southern Utah Thunderbirds track and field team will travel to compete at the Bryan Clay Invitational this week, one of the premier meets of the outdoor season. Held in Azusa, California, the meet draws top collegiate and professional athletes from across the country, providing the Thunderbirds with a strong opportunity to set personal bests and qualify for national championships.

Head Coach Eric Houle said

"This is always the weekend that coaches and athletes look forward to. Mt Sac, Long Beach and Azusa Pacific are the biggest meets in the country this weekend. This is where athletes witness huge performances, and we're hoping the atmosphere will help them achieve their best."
