CEDAR CITY, UTAH -- The SUU Women's Golf team competed in its final WAC Championship tournament at the Stonebridge Ranch CC in McKinney, Texas. The Thunderbirds finished seventh, with their best round coming on day one, shooting a combined 312.
Head Coach Caylyn McKinlay said
"Today we wrapped up the WAC Championship in McKinney, Texas. It wasn't the result we wanted to end our year, but it showed us the areas of our game we need to tighten up this summer. This group has so much ahead of them and we are excited for what's to come as we head into the Big Sky. I want to congratulate Reece Bandemer on her college golf career and graduation…thank you for being a part of this program. Once a T-Bird always a T-Bird."
