BOISE, Idaho -- The Southern Utah University women's tennis team traveled to Idaho where they were topped by the Boise State Broncos 1-6.

In singles play, Paula Tascon was the only T-Bird to secure a victory against the Broncos. Tascon faced Camryn Moortgat where she defeated her opponent 7-5, 6-3. Georgia Hosking fought a hard battle in singles play against Mae McCutcheon where she ultimately fell 5-7, 6-1, 0-1.

Hosking later paired with  Zoe Tanti faced Vanessa Timm and McCutcheon in doubles play where they fell 3-6.

The Thunderbirds will compete against the Eastern Washington Eagles on March 6.
