CEDAR CITY, Utah – After nearly three weeks off, the Southern Utah University women's golf team is ready to close out its fall season at the Clash at Boulder Creek, hosted by Northern Arizona University.
TOURNAMENT PREVIEW
The Clash at Boulder Creek is a three-day, 54-hole tournament hosted by Northern Arizona at Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada. Each day will consist of a shotgun start and 18 holes. Play will begin at Noon on Sunday and 8:00 a.m. PT on Monday and Tuesday. Par for the course is 72 with a yardage of 6,309.
THE FIELD
In addition to the Thunderbirds and host NAU, teams competing include Cal Baptist, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Grand Canyon, Long Beach State, North Dakota, Portland State, Sacramento State, San Francisco, Seattle, South Dakota State, UC Riverside, UNLV, Utah Valley, Weber State and Wyoming.

LAST TIME OUT
In its last competition, SUU placed 16th at the New Mexico State Aggie Invitational. The team was led by Chanikan (Pluem) Yongyuan who recorded an eighth-place finish. As a team the T-Birds shot a 65-over-par 929.
