SARATOGA SPRINGS, UTAH -- The SUU Women's Golf team finished ninth at the Wolverine Invitational, hosted by Utah Valley University.
Head Coach Richard Church said
"There are always positives to take away from our first tournament of the season. The team is looking forward to getting back to work, and continuing to improve."

The Thunderbirds
Anais Guibal led the way for the Thunderbirds, finishing in the top-25 after two strong closing rounds of 73. Overall, she finished at +8 in the tournament.
In her debut tournament for SUU Siriporn (Orchid) Luangnam finished 31st at +10.
Reece Bandemer, Tijana Jovicevic Kovacic, and Ellie Olsen all finished close to each other at 46th, 47th, and 49th, respectively.
Kirsten Hall finished 53rd, competing as an individual in her first event with the Thunderbirds.
