CEDAR CITY, Utah - The Southern Utah Dance Team is ready to bring their A-game to the United Spirit Association (U.S.A.) Collegiate Nationals on Saturday, February 15th, with a pair of high-stakes performances. The team will hit the floor with a fast-paced hip-hop routine at 8:18 p.m. MT, followed by an incredible pom routine at 10:03 p.m. MT.

"Dance is a unique sport in that it not only requires athleticism, but artistry. This team excels in both areas! The girls have leveled up their skills this year, and I am excited to watch them show off all their hard work."

The Thunderbirds are returning to the competition after a strong showing at last year's Nationals, where they earned a seventh-place finish in pom and a third-place finish in hip-hop—an impressive result in a competitive field. Their high-energy hip-hop routine turned heads and grabbed attention, while their pom performance displayed sharp precision and tight choreography.

With a year of preparation under their belts, the team is focused on improving their placements. Determined to build on last year's success, the team has put in the work to make both routines stronger.

The Southern Utah Dance Team is no stranger to high-level competition, and fans can expect a fierce, high-energy showing. As they face off against some of the top collegiate teams in the country, all eyes will be on the Thunderbirds as they aim to leave it all on the floor and compete for a higher finish in both routines.
