Las Vegas, Nevada - The Thunderbird women's tennis team spent the weekend in Las Vegas, taking on Youngstown State and Idaho on Saturday, and the UNLV Rebels on Sunday.
Against YSU, the T-Birds were swept and two matches went unfinished, as the No. 2 match and No. 4 match were both ended early.
The T-Birds found the most success against Idaho, when Evgenia Marushko won the No. 2 singles match in three sets.
On Sunday, the T-Birds were swept by UNLV to wrap up play in Las Vegas.
The Thunderbirds will be in action again weekend as they will take on Colorado Mesa in St. George on Friday and Grand Canyon in Las Vegas on Saturday.
