CEDAR CITY, Utah -- The Southern Utah Thunderbird women's tennis is set to face University of Colorado and Fresno State in non-conference play. The T-Birds will face Colorado on Friday, January 17 followed by competition against Fresno on Saturday, January 18 in California. Both matches will  begin at 12 p.m.

Last Time Out

The Thunderbirds most recently faced the University of Utah to open the 2020 spring season. At the end of play, the Thunderbirds fell 0-7 in the first match and 0-5 in the second match to the Utes.

Opponent Preview: University of Colorado

The Thunderbirds will be facing the University of Colorado Buffaloes as they move forward. This will be the Buffaloes' first match of the 2020 spring campaign.

In 2019, Colorado finished the season 10-14 overall and 3-7 in the Pac-12 conference.

Opponent Preview: Fresno State

The Fresno State Bulldogs will also face the Thunderbirds in to kick off the 2020 season. Fresno finished their 2019 campaign 1-3 in the Mountain West conference and 9-12 overall. 

This will be the Thunderbird's first time facing the Bulldogs.
