Hometown: Cedar City, Utah
Adams was SUU's head basketball coach in 1958 and from 1962-71.  He achieved second-place in the ICAC while coaching.  Adams held many other positions for SUU such as head baseball coach in 1958, athletic director from 1985-67, assistant football coach in 1978, men's cross country and track coach from 1978-82 and head women's basketball coach from 1982-88, where he was named District Coach of the Year in 1985-86.
