Pedersen, a powerhouse athlete, had many accomplishments at SUU.  She was selected First Team All-Conference in basketball in 1979 and 1980, First Team All-Conference in Softball in 1979 and 1980 and All-District VII in Softball in 1979 and 1980.  She earned 11 total varsity letters and was a two-time Basketball Team MVP.
