Hometown: Newcastle, Utah
Hart was an NAIA All-American, finishing fourth in the five-mile run with a time of 24:40.  He competed at the NAIA National Championships in both Track and Field and Cross Country during his tenure at Southern Utah.  Hart also marked a 4:20.67 mile in 1980.
